The Science Behind the Practice

25 years of research. Two perspectives.

The methodology behind our work was developed by Dr Sven Hansen — a medical doctor, former special forces officer, founder of the Resilience Institute and pioneer in human performance.

Lauren trained directly under him after practising as a corporate solicitor at MinterEllisonRuddWatts and co-founding a tech startup in London. Together they blend clinical depth and research with experience in high-pressure professional environments where situational agility is not negotiable.

Sven co-facilitates senior engagements. He brings 25 years of research and the experience of someone who has seen every version of this problem.
